Q) When will my order ship?

A) We make every attempt to process and ship your order the same day it is received. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, however, orders received late in the day may not ship until the next business day. Slight delays may also occur during extremely busy and high volume sale periods. If you have ordered online and would like to determine the status of your order or find out exactly when it will ship, please call 1-800-322-4539. It is helpful if you can have your order number handy when calling. When ordering by phone, our sales staff will give an estimate on when you should receive your order. Our website also shows current stock status on all items as well as estimated arrival time in our warehouse for special order and backordered items. We usually ship by UPS or USPS. We also ship by truck freight or by barge to certain areas. Alaska and Hawaii customers must ship by air freight and need to call for a shipping quote. If you have a “RUSH” order give us a call and we will explain the possibilities. Any special shipping instructions such as AIR SHIPMENTS or extra services will be quoted at current rates.

Q) Can large orders be shipped by truck?

A) Yes. Truck freight orders are quoted at current rates. Orders that contain both truck freight and regular items will also be quoted before the order is shipped. Please be prepared for “curbside” delivery, as you are responsible for unloading the item(s). Customers who request any additional services are responsible for any additional cost or surcharge. Q) What happens if an item is on backorder?

A) Out-of-stock items will be processed and shipped as soon as they arrive. Your credit card will not be charged until items are shipped.

A) In addition to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and 30-day return policy, many products are covered by manufacturer warranties as well. Please call for details. After 30 days the customer is responsible for returning all warranties for inspection. We recommend you insure the package.

Q) How do you handle Canadian orders?

A) Canadian orders are billed in U.S. Dollars. All Canadian customers will be charged 5% G.S.T. and 3% customs handling fee plus standard shipping charges.
