Walbro carburetors are a high quality replacement option for your Husqvarna chainsaw. Carburetors will gum up and gaskets tend to deteriorate over time, especially when running fuel with a high ethanol content. Sometimes a new carburetor rebuild kit will not repair all the damage, so only a new carburetor will do. Walbro uses a numbering system (Example HD-12B) to identify the carburetor. Walbro now adds a (-1) to this part number (Example HD-12B is now HD-12B-1), but both part numbers represent the same carburetor. This identification number is usually stamped or etched somewhere on the carburetor body. Many chainsaw models have several carburetor options, and many times they are from different manufacturers, so be sure to check before ordering.
