Professional arborist climbing rope from Samson. Vortex a is a true 1/2" (12.7 mm) 24-Strand rope and is one of the lightest climbing lines of its size available. This slightly larger diameter 24-Strand rope makes Vortex easier to grip and it has the great feeling of being broken in right out of the bag. Vortex has excellent knot-holding ability, works well with hardware, and is great for footlocking. Vortex Cool colors stand out well, especially during the fall.
