This portable metal detector is lightweight, sturdy, reliable and specifically designed to help you locate metal in logs or standing timber. Unlike standard pawn shop detectors, it allows you to pinpoint metal locations down to a narrow band along the log. The unit is easy to operate and uses an adjustable sound and blinking light to locate material. The P-4000 automatically calibrates itself. NOTE: Earphones may also be used.
