Hickory shirts (also known as railroad shirts) are named after the striped fabric they are made from, which is a relative of denim and said to be as durable as hickory wood. They are the standard uniform of west coast loggers and railroad engineers, but are also popular with truckers, factory workers and ranchers. These Ben Davis hickory shirts are made from a 50/50 blend of cotton and polyester. These are a full cut, relaxed fit shirt that allows for better movement and better range of motion. This long sleeve version features the classic 1/2 zipper front with two buttoned pockets, one with a pencil slot. Made in the USA.
